Congested highways around rush hour tend to be hotbeds for car accidents. Commuters may fail to obey laws, be distracted, or dangerously speed when attempting to drive to their workplace or home in a short time. These factors create conditions that are ripe for car accidents, which may cause personal injuries or even fatalities.
