Why Do You Need a Personal Injury Lawyer?
Rob Rosenthal: Here’s a Quick Question. I’m Rob Rosenthal with AskTheLawyers.com. Why do you need a lawyer if you’ve been injured? Here’s what Philadelphia attorney Stewart Eisenberg said.
Stewart Eisenberg: Well, if, if you have suffered an injury and it’s substantial, you need someone to guide you through the legal process, if you have a legal case. If somebody is speeding and is drunk and hits you in a car and you have to be hospitalized, and you have to be out of work, those injuries are compensable under the law, you can and should hire a lawyer to bring a claim for you so that you can recover what you’re entitled to under the law. Most people don’t know what they’re entitled to under the law and that’s why you need a lawyer.
