Eisenberg is a Past President for both the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. His many other recognitions include receiving PAJ’s highest honor, the Milton D. Kenneth M. Rothweiler, Esq., has been named to Super Lawyers’ list of top attorneys in Pennsylvania every year since 2005. Rothweiler is the co-founder, senior partner and chair of the management committee of his firm and has tried more than 100 jury trials resulting in some of the largest verdicts in Pennsylvania. Rothweiler’s practice focuses on medical malpractice and also includes product liability and pharmaceutical cases. He is President of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, a legal analyst for Philadelphia’s FOX TV news affiliate and routinely volunteers his time to take on pro bono cases for the indigent.
Nancy J. Winkler, Esq., has been named to the Super Lawyers’ list of top Pennsylvania attorneys from 2005 to 2007 and from 2010 to 2012. Winkler has represented individuals and their families in the litigation of complex personal injury matters involving automobile defects, product liability, pharmaceutical liability, medical malpractice, toxic exposure, construction accidents, falls and automobile accidents.
