Several Injured in Summit Township Tractor-Trailer Accident

On Monday evening, a tractor-trailer accident with a car injured several individuals. The collision occurred around 4:30 pm in Summit Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, in the vicinity of Route 422 and Bonniebrook Road. Although the condition of the victims and cause of the crash are unknown, at least three people were taken via helicopter from the scene of the tractor-trailer accident.

Many factors come into play to cause tractor-trailer accidents. In some cases, the tractor-trailer driver may be engaging in drowsy or reckless driving, or even be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the driver does not operate the vehicle with safety in mind and crashes into another vehicle, all parties involved in the accident may sustain personal injuries or potential fatalities.
