Nancy Winkler, Esquire, recently reflected on her leadership in the legal community and her litigation experience in complex personal injury matters as part of a Chancellor’s Leadership Institute panel hosted by the Philadelphia Bar Association. The panel highlighted the historic number of women currently serving as leaders of bar associations and legal organizations across the region.
For more than two decades, Ms. Winkler has represented individuals and their families in the litigation of complex personal injury matters involving automobile defects, product liability, pharmaceutical liability, medical malpractice, toxic exposure, construction accidents, falls and automobile/trucking accidents.
Ms. Winkler is President of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and serves on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. She is a member of local and state bar associations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the American Association for Justice. In 2008, she was inducted as a Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America.
