At Eisenberg Rothweiler our attorneys work on a contingency basis. Meaning you don’t have to pay unless there is a settlement or verdict. In this video Nancy Winkler explains how it is in your best interest to seek legal counsel. The attorneys at Eisenberg Rothweiler have years of experience, connections, and resources to help you with your legal needs and questions.
If a client comes in to us from any source, and a lot of our cases come from other attorneys, because we only handle complex litigation. You know, catastrophic injury cases, cases involving severe injury. But if a client comes in either through another lawyer or directly to us, it doesn’t cost them anything, we work on a contingency basis. We take all of the risk, and there is risk, but we are very careful of the cases that we select, and we think that we do a really good job of that after all of these years. So it doesn’t cost a client anything unless we have a recovery for them either by way of settlement or verdict. So to get answers in other words and to get some closure, a family is best by seeking legal counsel as early as possible to try and get the answers that they need. I can hear your story about what you believe happened, we can review medical records. I’ve been doing this and my firm has been doing this for a long enough time that we might recognize something that you don’t and the only way that you can get the answers, and I like to think of us as providing that resource. Providing answers for a family so they get closure one way or the other to know ‘hey yes, there is a medical negligence claim or no the doctors really did everything right and it’s just a bad event, a bad outcome’ which sometimes does happen but that’s why you need somebody to review it. And you know a lawyer will be able to employ medical experts also with the expertise in the area to be able to figure it out.
