Eisenberg Rothweiler Attorneys Successfully Fight Back Against Johnson & Johnson’s Efforts to Keep our Client’s Talc Case Out of Philadelphia Court

Last week, U.S. District Judge Mark Kearney of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania agreed with arguments made by our Nancy Winkler and Todd Schoenhaus and rejected Johnson & Johnson’s attempts to move our client’s Talc-related lawsuit to a federal bankruptcy court in Delaware.
