Nancy Winkler received the distinguished Service Award at the 2009 Pennsylvania Assoication for Justice Annual Retreat. The award is given to attorneys who "make extraordinary commitment to the organization in terms of time and energy" to help the organization pursue its mission of a fair and effective justice sytem.
