Rita Assetto-Sherry is a Philadelphia personal injury lawyer who has more than 15 years of experience at Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck, P.C., both as a paralegal and an attorney. Rita now focuses her practice primarily on mass tort litigation. Her work typically involves victims of catastrophic injuries and wrongful death due to defective products or defective drugs.

Education and Legal Experience

Rita is a graduate of Penn State University, where she majored in Human Development and Family Studies. Rita is also a 2010 graduate of The Delaware Law School of Widener University.

Before her career as a personal injury lawyer, she spent 10 years with our law firm working as a paralegal. She earned her law degree by attending school part time.

Rita has lectured to a variety of organizations on many personal injury and mass tort topics. She is married to fellow attorney at our law firm, Daniel J. Sherry, Jr.
