At the 2009 annual Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association Meeting, on June 9th, the gavel was passed to Stewart Eisenberg officially recognizing Eisenberg as the President of the Association. As President, Eisenberg will guide the organization in its continuing mission of protecting the rights of innocent and injured victims.
The Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association is an active professional organization comprised of civil and trial attorneys. PTLA has been in existence for over 45 years and is the oldest trial lawyer organization in Pennsylvania. The association is made up of lawyers who are dedicated to the preservation of the American legal system and the protection of the evolution of the common law through the efforts of individual lawyers who are pledged to achieving positive results for their clients.
At last year’s annual meeting, Eisenberg was elected President elect and after a year of serving in that capacity, Eisenberg will officially become President of PTLA starting July 1.
